• The first meeting in Helsinki, Finland, 15th and 16th of November 2001
• The second meeting in Portsmouth, England, from 15th to 17th March 2002
• The third meeting in Germany, from 8th to 12th November 2002
• The fourth meeting in Stockholm, Sweden from 21th to 23rd March 2003
• The fifth meeting in the Netherlands from 25th to 26th October 2003
• The sixth meeting in Helsinki, Finland from 26th to 28th March 2004

Indicative timetable of the seminars

• The first seminar was held in Germany on Sunday 10th November 2002 (theme: the documentation of shipwreck sites and photogrammetry).
• The second seminar was held in Sweden during 27th - 28th June 2003 (theme: the visualization of shipwreck sites).
• The third seminar was held in the United Kingdom on 5th and 6th June 2004 (theme: the monitoring, safeguarding and management of shipwreck sites).
