Visualization by means of videotaping

The digital recording technology has developed and established in the last years and the use of videos has become more important also in the documentation and visualization of wrecks. Videos are much better than photographs when the aim is to document spacious structures in their context and to visualize complete features. In the MoSS Project, video recording is used to document and visualize the wrecks of the Burgzand Noord 10, the Darsser Kogge, and the Vrouw Maria. At the Vrouw Maria wreck site, some of the recording will be made by using a remotely operated vehicle.
